The maximum print size of a 1.38 megapixel camera is 20 by 13.3 inches.
The maximum print size of a 3.53 megapixel camera is 32 by 21.3 inches.
The maximum print size of a 6.12 megapixel camera is 42 by 28 inches.
The maximum print size of a 12.1 megapixel camera is 59 by 39.5 inches.
While you can print smaller than the maximum size, printing larger will result in pictures that are grainy and blurry.
